I am interested in three career paths, all of them are a challenge for me, but I like challenges. The first one is to be a PI studying how the gut microbiome is related with the aging process and neurodegenerative diseases. I will focus my attention not only to develop research projects to answer scientific questions but also to mentoring and teaching. I believe that these activities are one of the most important activities for a researcher because students need guidance to grow and to be better future Scientist.

The second one is to be part of a Science Committee that connect Law, Science and Technology. This is important to allow Science to grow and to be part of the Community.
最后,最后一个路径是一个编辑器或Reviewer in a Scientific Journal. I have passion for the review process and for coordinate activities and communicate Science. I strongly believe that Science is cooperation, communication, challenges, practice and learning, but also support and guidance.

In Argentina, nobody has a real mentor and the science structures are very different from US ones. For these and other reasons, I really appreciate the role of a mentor and the role of societies and scientific profit and non-profit institutions. These structures and principally, their human resources are so valuable to make science advances.

My desire is to be part of this guidance as a mentor and as an active member of societies and institutions, creating guidelines, teaching and communicating science knowledge not only to the scientist public but also to all the society, all over the world.
