I am LaVerta. I am currently a School Counselor in the elementary setting. I have taught 2nd grade for 3 years and have tons of experience in the Mental Health field.

As a school counselor , I have small groups towards the end of the year on test taking strategies. We are able to discuss testing anxiety and strategies to help them to understand the test.

I like to meet the students where they are and build from that. I look forward to working with your students.
