I am from Benin Republic (it's a west African country between Nigeria and Togo). Our official language is French. I moved to United States September 2013 as a Lawful Permanent Resident, and I now live in Omaha Nebraska and work full time with Wells Fargo as Personal Banker. I like French, classical music, gospel music, and video games. I am very adventurous person, so I like new challenge and travel as well.

我完成了我的高中文凭在2002年Catholic High school PERE AUPIAIS in my county Benin. After my high school diploma, I completed a vocational degree in Business Marketing in 2004 at the National School of Management and Applied Economics. and a Bachelor degree in Business Law and Judiciary services in 2006 at the University of Abomey-Calavi.
In 2010, I got my Master degree in Business Administration at the International Institute of Management. My major is Management and Business Law.

My love of tutoring comes from a lifelong love of helping friends after classes.I chose French tutoring for success in school and university. One of my goals is to keep the student challenged, but not overwhelmed. I offer one to one session and wants all my sessions to be very relax where the students can feel free to expose his/her difficulties.

I look forward to hearing from you and helping you achieve success in your studies.

Q & A

What is your teaching philosophy?

Help, help, always help others to achieve success in their studies. This is my best reward.

What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

Try to assess his/her needs and priorities in order to give better assistance.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

Teach him/her to understand how to do it instead of memorizing.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

Offer a very relaxing session where the student can feel free to expose his/her difficulties.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

Make it easier as much as I can.

How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?

Focus on reading comprehension exercises, and practice until the student can get self-confidence in this matter.

What strategies have you found to be most successful when you start to work with a student?

Acknowledge the student needs and focus the session on solving that need.

How would you help a student get excited/engaged with a subject that they are struggling in?

Try to make it as easy as possible.

What techniques would you use to be sure that a student understands the material?

Press for specifics to be sure that the student understands the material and give exercises to help him to practice.

How do you build a student's confidence in a subject?

Have him practice as much as possible.

How do you evaluate a student's needs?

Ask question about what he/ she wants me to focus on. Tutoring is different from teaching. The role of the tutor is just to focus or repeat what the student doesn't understand correctly in class.

你的广告apt your tutoring to the student's needs?

Give more explanations and details about the material and a lot of practices.

What types of materials do you typically use during a tutoring session?

I don't have any specific materials since I tutor all group of ages and all levels of French. But I can always refer the student to some materials I think can be helpful for him/her according to his/her level.
