你的教学理念是什么?

学习对所有人来说都是自然而然的事情。我们从婴儿时期就开始观察和学习。然而，学习并不总是那么自然或简单。我们不能总是简单地观察和保留信息，特别是当内容变得更加复杂和具体时。然而，我相信每个学生都有能力学习，甚至有能力享受这种经历。影响这种学习体验的因素很多，尤其是学习环境、期望设定和课堂重点。每个教室都应该是每个学生的安全空间。这可以通过展示房间里每个人的价值和他们的贡献来实现。没有学生应该在课堂上感到被欺负或被轻视。通过创造一个积极的学习环境，重视意见，从错误中吸取教训，学生可以自由地以任何自然的方式学习。 Students need to be willing to make mistakes and be confused if they are really going to internalize the information. Once a student feels comfortable to make mistakes, ask questions, and learn in the classroom, they need to understand that they are expected to do so. Setting high standards for every student in the classroom does not necessarily mean each student will be achieving to the same level. It means that every student is expected to be challenged and to do their best with that information. Finally, the classroom needs to student centered. When students are no longer the center of the classroom, learning is no longer the focus. This often means individualizing and differentiating the material to groups of students and individuals. Not every student learns the same or at the same level and keeping that in mind is key to a maximum amount of learning occurring. Teaching is more than just putting information out to be taken. It is helping students grow academically as well as emotionally, socially and physically. Especially in the middle school years, students need to be looked at as complicated people not just students or grades. This is not an easy process but is well worth it.
