I'm a second-year engineering student at the University of Cambridge, and I aim to go into manufacturing engineering after I graduate. My current curriculum is extremely rigorous in math and physics, and I enjoy doing reading and research in my spare time to always push myself to the next level.

As a high school student, I struggled to be motivated in learning math and physics and doing drill sets unless I saw their real-world application and understood the underlying principles, and I really empathize with the frustration that many students feel when things don't "click". So, as a teacher, I try to deemphasize memorization in favor of really understanding the principles and the "why", not just learning formulas or methods and blindly applying them. I adapt my teaching style to each student and strive to explain things in a simple, clear, and relatable way. After each session, I want my students to be a step closer to approaching future problems with confidence and curiosity, empowered with the right tools!
