My name is Abheek Ghosh and I graduated Emory University in May 2017 with a Biology, B.S. I have significant experience in tutoring and peer mentoring from college. For 2 years, I served as a tutor for the Emory Chemistry Mentors program. Here, I not only served as a teaching assistant in lectures but also held weekly sessions with students to guide them through challenge problems created by department faculty. In addition to my involvement with Emory Chemistry Mentors, I also served as a Biology and Biology Lab Teaching Assistant for 1 year. For a semester each, I also served as Teaching Assistant for Human Physiology and Cell Biology. It is my sincere passion to not only teach/tutor science, but also to learn it as well. I have been involved in many different research opportunities at the University of Pennsylvania and Emory University School of Medicine spanning various disciplines in the biomedical sciences: biochemistry, molecular oncology, and transplant immunology.
