I am currently a doctoral student at The University of Western States studying Sport and Performance Psychology. I recently graduated from Jackson State University with my Master's in Sport Science and earned my Bachelor's in Sport Psychology from Faulkner University. During my undergraduate education, I was also a student-athlete, a soccer player and team captain.
Throughout my collegiate career, I have tutored both my peers and players in psychology, exercise science, and kinesiology.
I have a passion for learning, especially about how our minds and bodies work. As I continue my own education, I am passionate in sharing my knowledge and the archives of scientific knowledge with my peers to improve our understanding of ourselves and others, our quality of life, and to succeed in our desired paths in life.
As a student, I always appreciate when teachers and professors take their time to get to know me; I would like to also lead my sessions in such a way so I can know you and apply curriculum in a way that compliments how you learn and grow in the world.
In my spare time, besides completing my own education, I enjoy reading, running, playing pick-up soccer, cooking, and coaching.
