I am a graduate of Bryant University in Rhode Island. My major was Marketing, and I have used it in a variety of ways since graduation.

I am currently a College and Career Readiness Instructor at our local community college where I teach all ages from 16 to (currently) 67 with basic skills used to obtain their high school degree.

I teach homeschool co-op classes during the school year and work with wonderful students in elementary through high school ages.

I have taught in the two-year old class at my church for over 30 years and especially love this age with their wonder, excitement and joy.

Our older three children have all obtained their Bachelor's Degree or higher, and our last child just graduated from high school and is taking a gap year to explore her many options. These many years shaped and molded our family into the close and caring one that remains, even though they are living all over the United States.

So, although my degree was in Marketing, my passion for teaching has obviously weaved itself throughout my life. My parents were teachers so I get the love honestly.

My desire is to create a positive, fun and inclusive learning environment where my love of learning is not only taught but caught. My enthusiasm for not only the subjects but also my students are what brings me the most contentment.
