I have served in the Army as a Combat Medic during Operation Iraqi Freedom to Operation Enduring Freedom. I love our Country and am proud to be one of the few that volunteered to serve our people. As a Combat Medic I was in charge of teaching basic life skills to other company's soldiers. I would then assess their progress to determine if they were ready to adequately provide life saving measures for their peers. No pressure, right!?! :)

While in college, I set up many of study groups for subjects such as physics, genetics, immunology and MCAT preparation. Once in chiropractic school, study groups was pivotal in my achievements as a student. It didn't matter if it was a hands on practical or a written exam, I would ensure I was prepared by attending many individual and group study sessions. It seems everyone has a unique learnings style and when you are in a group of people you can share and amplify your individual learning and retention.
