我毕业于菲尼克斯大学网上(MBA) and University of Houston (BBA). During this time I worked in business (IT focus) for over 35 years. While working, I was a 12 year volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where I learned the absolute joy of helping others. From this and my work career, I have learned a lot about coaching, mentoring and teaching, and have realized my passion in this area. My personal style is to let the student lead the discussion with their challenges and needs, and how they like to learn. From this we will develop a "plan off attack" to ensure we focus on the specific areas where s/he is struggling. Each session will end with specific actions for the student to take for the next time. I love the thrill of achievement, and like to celebrate the small successes along the way. For me, the critical part of learning is that it is fun.
