I am a graduate of University of Hawaii at Mnoa. I received my Master of Education in Teaching and my teaching license in Elementary Education. In the past two years, I worked as a teaching assistant, student teacher, and a long-term substitute teacher in grade 2, grade 4, and grade 5 classes. Besides teaching English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science, I also taught Mandarin Chinese and paper craft in an afterschool enrichment program. Teaching is where my passion lies because it allows me to help students make progress and grow with them. In my spare time, I find enjoyment in reading, learning piano, watching movies, and traveling.
