Finding what inspires and motivates students and professionals and helping them to gain the knowledge and skills to be successful at school and work is my passion. Leveraging my practical experience as a business owner and executive, along with education attained while earning a Ph.D (Organization and Leadership), MBA, and BA (Sociology/Criminal Justice) degrees, I provide practical and effective leadership, education, and development solutions to students and professionals using hands-on comprehensive approaches to foster client success. I love coaching, mentoring and tutoring students (youth/adult/all levels) and professionals. Also, communication skills learned through my Mental Health Counseling education and experience has proven to be beneficial in all arenas. My appreciation for continual learning helps me when teaching and mentoring. My favorite subjects include Language Arts (Reading and Writing), Math, Social Sciences, Study and Organizational Skills, Test Prep, College Prep, Public Speaking, Leadership, Business Management, Sociology, and Criminology. My philosophy is with the right approach, time, and willingness of student and teacher, improvement is just a tutoring, coaching, and/or mentoring session away.
