我知道从我年轻的时候,我想be a scientist. Growing up, I watched Bill Nye the Science Guy on repeat and used my toy microscope to view anything that could fit underneath it. When I attended college at Penn State University, it was a no brainer that I would major in science, but what track? That would soon be answered when I took my first microbiology class. Four years later, I had my BS in microbiology. From there, I went on to receive my PhD in microbiology and immunology, focusing my studies on viruses and how they can get into our cells.

I love talking and teaching others about science. I believe it's important to have an understanding of how the world works around us. My favorite way to teach is to show: I love art, and therefore, I try to incorporate as many 3D models and working diagrams into my teaching as I can.

I also tailor my teaching to each individual student depending on their needs. One size does not fit all, and we will determine how you learn best to make sure you get the most out of your tutoring sessions! I'm here to answer your questions.
