My teaching philosophy as a Varsity Tutor centers on a blended pedagogue style which includes the use of technology, meta-cognition principles, visual, auditory, and kinesthetic (VAT) modalities online and in the classroom.
I am a passionate, thought provoking and motivational leader. For the past 20 years, I been a proponent of student-centered learning. I've taught and tutor both online and in the classroom. I believe in integrating and using real life situations and scenarios by motivating learners to engage wholeheartly in the online educational process.
My goal: is to facilitate thought provoking discussions and provide materials to help student learners engaged in critical thinking assignments, process which promotes communication, optimizing and strategic planning.
As a side note, my personal fun activities focuses on learning and mastering three to five languages from my personal phone app. These languages included, but limited to: Mandarin, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian languages. I completely enjoy swimming at the aquatics center and riding my bike between 4-6:30 pm. I love attending family barbeques, events, and traveling with family and friends. Fifth year learning Mandarin. Motivate and uplifting others to believe in themselves and achieve academic and professional goals. Build resilient and confidence in students through effective facilitation skills.
