Hi! I'm Dr. Alison Johnson (Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). I have a lifelong passion for learning and teaching.

I have taught many different topics in my professional field for the past 12 years, including Clinical Counseling / Psychology, Differential Diagnosis, etc.

I have done this through understanding the student's learning style, and applying various techniques to help the student understand both the macro and micro view of the subject material. In turn, they succeed in both passing classes but also understand and retain the information learned.

I also have experience tutoring children and young adults. I love helping each student I assist begin to love learning again, even if the topic isn't something they're passionate about. I enjoy working with different learning styles to customize the tutoring experience to be enjoyable as well as productive.
