For the past three and a half years I have enjoyed being an online teacher for students all over the world. I have taught thousands of students and have taught over 9,000 classes! I typically teach ten classes a day and the ages and abilities range from Pre-K to 12th grade. I have taught at the university level as a teaching assistant and have homeschooled three children who went on to attend university and graduated with honors. My love of design led me back to the University of North Carolina to earn my BFA in Interior Architecture with a minor in Sustainability in 2016. My oldest daughter, who has Asperger's Syndrome, graduated in 2020, Summa Cum Laude, at the top of her class! I am always proud of my students! It is thrilling to see my students progress and gain confidence in their academic skills. In my classes I teach reading, speaking, grammar, science, math and cultural studies. Some of our lessons will include public speaking as we build on their understanding of the unit vocabulary, concluding with a speech every six lessons or so. It is a joy to teach my students and I feel that it is a wonderful way to create a better world through education. I would love the opportunity to work with your students.
