I've worked for hospitals, spas and medical massage offices. For the last three years, I have specialized in tendon stretching. I took and passed the national MBLEX exam in November 2020.

I have had the privilege of being trained by practitioners and doctors who are leaders in the field. I am still after all these years very passionate about body work and the healing arts. I'm also very excited to share all the information and resources that I have had the privilege of being given.
