I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Northern Colorado. I graduated from Regis College in 2020 with my MSN. I have more than 20 years of diverse experiences in healthcare as a nurse. As a PMHNP, we are expected to act as leaders in our profession. One way I can act as a leader is to be a resource to future PMHNPs by guiding them in preparing for the ANCC certification exam. Throughout my career providing education has been a major part of my job duties. Since I enjoy educating and guiding people, I began a second career many years ago as a group exercise instructor. I have found that guiding people to success to be a very rewarding experience.
