A teacher has to have a certain level of self-awareness at all times, have the ability to judge a situation and react accordingly, and foster an environment that cultivates achievement for students.I believe a successful educational atmosphere flourished through creating a collaborative culture. My words will try to encourage and support all students. I will teach by always trying my best, and providing resources needed for success to occur. I will teach with a learning mindset and an attitude of servitude, knowing change is constant. I expect to focus on the process during challenging situations and respond with respect, integrity, and positivity.
