I have been in Academe my whole adult life. My research interests include Medieval manuscripts and early print, Women and Property in the South of France (and N. Spain,) in the Middle Ages, and the Battle of Maldon. I have taught at a number of institutions including Harvard University as a teaching fellow), Southern Methodist University, University of Texas at Dallas, and most recently, The University of Texas. I have directed numerous independent studies, supervised a few theses, mentored any number of young scholars, and enjoy working one on one.
