My passions and talents as an artist have led me to explore drawing, photography, sculpture/installation, music and performance. After graduating with my MFA from Cal Arts in Los Angeles I relocated to Boise and became involved in theatre and stand-up comedy. I have also played the cello since 1986 and my collaborations as a musician/sound artist include composing, recording and performing music for art installations and theatre productions.

I am a passionate, enthusiastic teacher and creative problem solving/critical thinking is my specialty! As an artist I am always working on multiple projects simultaneously so I've developed various tools and tricks related to goal setting and time management. And, in writing and developing performances for the stage I utilize visual, auditory, and tactile modes of learning. I look forward to tutoring and using my creativity to help students engage on a more hands on level so that they look forward to learning!
