I'm a graduate student who is currently enrolled in a general Masters Psychology Program. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Houston Baptist University in 2016. During my years as an undergraduate, I was awarded on the Dean's List for three semesters. I enjoyed learning about psychology and the world of mental health! I love attending to other people's needs and helping them overcome challenges. Through my own personal experiences with mental illness, studying Psychology has strengthened my understanding towards other mental disorders and opened my mind to various opportunities in ways that I never knew before. I love understanding on why people behave the way they do and discovering the wonders of the human race. I'm excited to share my learning with you. As a student, I appreciated the effort that my instructors have put into their courses and how they display their passion in what they do in their career. I hope that I will have the opportunity to give back on what they have taught me to you. I enjoyed learning new things and getting to know students. I also enjoyed watching students discover their potential and reaching their goals. I would like to start by going over class work, and discuss what you're struggling with and go from there. I will customize our lessons to meet your needs and together, we will work towards the goal you want to reach. In my spare time, I enjoy doing activities to enrich myself such as painting, drawing, traveling, and going on walks. With drawing and painting, I have extensive experience with Photoshop, where I mostly self-taught.
