I'm a senior at Rice University majoring in English with ample experience in editing and writing. I believe it's an amazing privilege to be granted the opportunity to read someone else's work and be part of the process of honing those words into something presented to a broader reading audience, whether the subject be academic or personal. I've worked with students older than me, my own age, and younger; across the board, I've found that reading and writing are universal skills needed, and two important methods of communication that bind us together.
