My name is Michael Kiel, a specialist in tutoring German, English, Writing, Geography, Russian, History, SAT, ACT, or AP subjects. I also have a high degree of familiarity with sciences and math like Geology, Calculus, Statistics, Technical Geography, Research Methods, and more.

I currently work at a nonprofit for education in New York, and have taught in Austria through a Fulbright, as well as in Kyrgyzstan through a private school. My teaching philosophy revolves around empowering you, the students, to not only learn the material, but also learn what strategies work best for you and how you can learn to self asses.
