I am a graduate of West Chester University, with a Bachelors in Science in Biology and a minor in Political Science. I will be pursuing my Masters Program in Biology in the Fall.

My strengths lie in mathematics, science, and critical writing. I am extremely proficient in standardize testing as well.

Being a student, I understand how difficult learning can sometimes be. My goal is to be able to take the material your child is struggling with and break it down into an analogue or an idea that they can understand.

I have had past experiences in working with students and peers one-on-one, and I love to be able to relate to people in any way possible.

In my free time, you can find me improving myself either through reading, exercising, or drawing. I have recently picked up fishing as a hobby as well, and I find it extremely relaxing.

Please feel free to message me if you would like to discuss a tutoring opportunity.

Q & A

What is your teaching philosophy?

My teaching philosophy is the same as my professor that taught me how to love education; to make the information relatable and digestible. Not everyone can learn information in the same way, so part of being a teacher is learning to adapt to each student and being understanding of the difficulties that might be presented to them. A teacher's job is to help students think critically, and it is also to make sure they learn the material in a way that clicks with them.
