你的教学理念是什么?

作为一名教育工作者，我努力鼓励我的学生和我自己的优秀。课程材料应该具有挑战性，互动性，并与当前的问题和事件相关。我相信使用包括最新技术在内的各种多媒体是补充传统课程讲座的有效途径。我觉得我可以鼓励学生寻求新的知识和探索自己的想法，通过热情地介绍什么是已知的，什么是未知的。使用真实世界的例子带来了新的知识，一旦我的学生被要求在现实世界中使用这些技能，这些知识将是有用和有效的。在任何商业情况下，做好准备并对正在发生的事情有相对的了解是很重要的。教育是让学生为各种情况做好准备的最好方法。在我与学生的互动中，我总是努力保持尊重，特别是在处理由于我们正在研究的主题而可能产生的不同意见时。我希望我的学生学会批判性地思考，而不仅仅是接受我的想法和观点。双向交流是提高学生和教师批判性思维发展的关键。 This will allow me to continually improve my teaching methods and to help me grow as an educator. My drive to pursue higher education and become successful in business was due in part to several teachers who inspired me and helped me learn the skills necessary to accomplish these goals. I would like to be a catalyst for other people to pursue their dreams and encourage them to go beyond the basic requirements of coursework. In order for someone to have an experience with some subject, there has to be a deep connection made in the mind of the person having the experience. This connection is often life changing and leads to a deeper understanding of a subject. Of course there is a difference between simply experience something and having an experience with it. The teachers’ goal should be to create the atmosphere in which students are able to have an experience with learning the subject or topic at hand. Education provides the tools to make informed decision, synthesize ideas, and critically evaluate relevant issues in the business community. I believe that the idea of being a lifelong learner can only be instilled in the students if the teacher is himself or herself a lifelong learner. Teachers must be attentive to learning the unique characteristics and also the needs of their students. With a passion to educate and inspire, a teacher can challenge their students to excel, and in turn, possibly inspire their students to become lifelong learners.
