我最近从美国军事大学毕业sity with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While working towards the completion of my degree I volunteered with a local organization that helps families who are facing pediatric cancer, and served as the President of the Stafford MOMS Club. During that time I also worked as a substitute teacher for grades K-12, but found that I most enjoyed working in English and History classrooms as those two subjects are where I excel as an instructor. I've learned through my own educational experience, and especially when working with others on challenging material, that the best way to learn is to find ways that make studying fun. It is hard to feel motivated to work extra on subjects that really test your patience and do not interest you at all-- that's why I'm here! As a native of the City of Falls Church, I am a die-hard Washington area sports teams fan, and can often be found watching and going to see my favorite teams. When I have some free time, or "mom time" as I like to call it, I am typically glued to my Kindle reading, at the gym in a yoga studio or working out my Latin dance skills at Zumba.
