I am a graduate from the University of Oregon where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Biology. Since graduation I have moved across the country to be a middle and high school science teacher. I like to teach the way that I learn best, breaking down the details of a complicated topic and then putting them back together to see the bigger picture. I love learning and helping students reach those "aha!" moments when everything starts to come together.

Outside of tutoring and teaching I enjoy the outdoors. In the summer I love to hike, bike, and play frisbee. While, in the winter I'll be skiing!
