It is my belief that a student is never "bad" at a subject, they just haven't found the right teacher to explain it.
I consider myself to be a learner, not just a teacher. I'm saddened, but not surprised, that many students approach learning and education with the attitude of "let's get this over with," instead of curiosity and excitement. This isn't a character flaw or failure of thestudent. I often felt like that during my primary and secondary education. One of the things I try to give my students is a mindset that learning is an adventure that never ends.
