I know how to motivate learners to do their best. During my public-school career I taught art, technology, reading and writing. Similarly, as a professor my efforts and doctorate focused on the learner in online environments much like Varsity Tutors. Recently, I returned from a year of teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in Thailand to both adults and children; it was an incredible experience learning new teaching techniques and earning my TEFL.
