Certified Tutor

I am currently a sophomore at Rice University pursuing my B.S in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.

I became interested in tutoring after being part of a science demonstration group in high school. We would carry out demonstrations for science fairs or go to elementary schools to teach younger students. At Rice University, I became part of the Studdy Buddies Organization, which allows me to help students with their homework at a nearby community center.

I believe that every student has the capability to overcome any barrier that may arise in their academic work. Everyone, has a different learning approach and the most difficult thing is knowing what that is. As a tutor, I love getting to work with students in order to find out what that approach is and help them overcome their obstacles.
