我有我Exceptiona理学学士学位l Student Education which has given me the foundation to know how to work with diverse types of students. I have my certifications in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education. I have also obtained my English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) endorsement. I have knowledge of several research-based interventions to help students achieve academic success.

I understand the importance of tailoring tutoring sessions based on individual student needs to help the students have the "tools" to become successful learners in the classroom. I take notes during my sessions to identify strengths and weaknesses that I am observing to help drive future instruction. I work hard to build a rapport with students which helps them feel at ease through motivation and encouragement. One of my goals when working with students is to help them gain a lifelong love of learning that will continue on throughout their school careers.
