Certified Tutor

I believe I have the personality of a teacher because I spend almost every waking moment taking the opportunity to learn something new and prove to myself I understand it by teaching it to others.

I work as a teacher and private tutor for students who could not succeed in traditional learning environments. I currently teach creative software skills (video editing, scripting, game development), English and French Literature, CCBE (Common Core Basic English), English and French Resilience classes (Getting in shape emotionally, spiritually, physically, financially), History and Media Literacy.

我的教育学是受许多教育心理logists paired with various analytical and continental philosophers. I have a soft spot for a less abrasive methodology based on Stoicism and Socratic Maieutics in the endeavor to foster critical thinking skills. My goal is to expand people's horizons along the lines of Gardner's Model of intelligence and to help them find their reason for being (Ikigai). I like people who are passionate and follow their curiosity wherever it takes them. I have many soft skills; the most important one being listening to others with the intent to understand rather than simply to reply. In Myers-Briggs based tests, I identify with the Protagonist ENFJ personality type.
