I'd love to be part of your learning journey and help you reach your full potential. I have experience teaching English, ESL, Arabic, Science and Math to students of all ages and levels. I have a bachelor's degree in Forensic Science specializing in molecular biology and biochemistry from the University of Windsor. I am currently working on completing my master's degree in Education and Advanced Teaching. I really enjoy teaching ESL because I get to meet people from different countries and enjoy learning about cultures. I addition, I like teaching science because it teaches us about ourselves and the environment around us.
Regarding my teaching philosophy, I follow Dewey's progressive learning and hands on philosophy. Mainly because students learn better and retain information when they get to experiment and apply what they have learned.

I enjoy riding my bicycle in the woods, especially after the rain when there is a beautiful breeze and the crackling sound of mulch under the wheels. I also like watching action movies and some dramas. Actors, settings and plot help me choose a good movie. I am a life-long learner; whenever I have free time I like learning something new from a book, documentary or a new experience.
