I obtained my bachelor's degree from Lindenwood University in elementary education. I have a TESOL certificate as well as three years of preschool training. I taught in the public school system and am currently an informal educator for a zoo! The ages of students I've worked with ranges from pre-K through adult ages. Content worked on with students includes: ELA, reaching reading goals, pre-K-6th grade math, science, social studies, English language learning. I truly believe that each human learns at their own pace and in their own unique way. It's important for an educator to meet those needs to set the learner up for success.
