I believe in the importance of tailoring the mode of education to the learner. I have spent a great deal of my time teaching in classrooms, which is why I understand that each child is an individual; both in their personality and their learning abilities.
I am patient and empathetic towards my students, and allow them the opportunity to ask questions openly. My aim is to continue to explain the material in multiple ways until understood, to guide students and continue to work with them until they can become an independent learner for their subjects. I also plan to incorporate interactive activities and online learning resources to gear the lessons towards the needs of each learner to help them learn best.
