I possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science in Process Integration. I have over 20 years of teaching experience with private secondary and post-secondary institutions, home tutoring, and online-based pedagogy. I have experience in International General Certificate for Secondary Education (IGCSE) and Cambridge Advanced Level A' Level Curricula and can teach high school and college students having challenges in Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Chemical Engineering-based courses.
As a teacher, students' satisfaction is central to my teaching philosophy. Therefore, my approach is student-centered-based using flexible different techniques that meet students' demands. My professional and academic backgrounds have provided me with good analytical, classroom management, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working at several secondary and post-secondary institutions in Asia and Africa has provided me with opportunities to relate with people of diverse cultural backgrounds. Thus, I possess the cultural sensibilities needed in a multi-cultural society like Canada. My hobbies are playing chess, watching movies, and doing sports.
