I have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. Additionally, I completed a year of graduate level biology studies at Eastern Illinois University where I was a teaching assistant for multiple biology courses. Despite my heavy science background, I love English & Literature. I have experience tutoring in many different life science & biological subjects, as well as various forms of writing & English courses. During my undergraduate studies, I received assistance from some amazing tutors and I look forward to assisting other students navigate any difficulties they encounter during their studies. My mission is to inspire a love of learning by creating lessons that are exciting, authentic, engaging, and relevant to the lives of my students. Outside of tutoring, I love spending time with my dogs and cats, cooking and reading detective novels.
