Certified Tutor

I am excited to have the opportunity to partner with you and to guide you, in achieving your academic goals with a positivity and encouragement! My philosophy is to draw out the best in you, to challenge and evoke your potential. Although no formal tutoring experience yet, as a PT for over 31 years I have "tutored" numerous PT/PTA students in the clinic. I graduated from Northeastern University in 1988 with a BS in Physical therapy. Since then, I have become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Wellness Coach (CWC). I recently started my own small business consisting of mobile PT, TelePT and Wellness Coaching. My passion is serving. I spent 6 years (1 week each year) serving the poor of Ometepe, Nicaragua on medical mission trips, 5 years leading our Refugee team at church with resettlement of Burmese Refugees in Colorado and coaching various soccer teams. Although not gifted in one particular subject, I do feel gifted in building relationships with clients and students by encouraging them to be the best version of themselves. At this time, I will be focusing on assisting PT students prepare for the NPTE.
