I teach composition and rhetoric at a community college and BYU Idaho. Additionally, I'm a former high school English teacher and have an MFA in creative writing. I've had both poetry and short stories published, and I'm currently going through the publication process of my first novel.
Although I specialize in creative writing and higher-level English courses, I have vast experience tutoring mid-level math and everything writing related. As father of a 7 year-old daughter and a 4 year-old son, I'm also passionate about working with younger kids. I speak Spanish fluently and taught it while an undergrad. My interests include music, video games, Netflix, and spending time with my family.
