I am a Spanish Teacher with 8 years experience and I LOVE teaching! I have taught Elementary, Middle School and High School levels 1-2 Spanish. Before moving to the Denver area, I lived for 12 years in sweltering Phoenix, but I am originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and studied at the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras as well as in the Dominican Republic through a summer immersion program. I have completed the majority of my course work towards a Master's degree in Education through Northern Arizona University. I teach because I love the excitement of using a student's gifts, talents, and interests to grow academically in ways they never thought possible. It is an honor to tutor and I look forward to helping your student strive throughout the school year!
