I believe in a flexible methodology. I believe not everyone learns in the same fashion or at the same rate. This does not mean a student is more or less intelligent than the next or the teacher is always right. There are fundamental methods and approaches that a student must learn when obtaining an education.

The difference between a good teacher and a great one is adapting those methods and approaches to each individual. This cannot always be done in a classroom setting, and that is why we have tutors. I may not be the right tutor for everyone, but I'll do my best with everyone and hopefully change a few lives. In the end, this is not just about teaching them a specific subject, it's helping them evolve how they think in order to allow them to attack any subject now and in the future by teaching them how to break things down and approach it in an effective way.
