I believe a quality education is essential and I am a champion of lifelong learning. I've made it my duty to be a continuous student always looking to strengthen my present knowledge and learn something new.
As the eldest of seven, I have tutored and advised my younger siblings in their academics my entire life. My extensive experience ranges from establishing language and literacy skills in at-risk children and youth, to working with adults in GED Test Prep Centers.
Furthermore, I have studied at some of the nation's leading institutions, including Columbia University and NYU.
I am excited to share what I have gained through my exceptional education and experience. My goal is to lead you (and all the students I work with) to a higher level of excellence and success.

What is your teaching philosophy?
The student comes first. Although we are all incredibly different, most classrooms teach as though we all learn the same way. Not I! I take an individualized approach and tailor my teaching to the student. Your goals become my goals, your pace becomes my pace, your desired method becomes my method. This is the best path toward the success you seek!
