I am from Russia, however my father is from the U.S. and I am completely fluent in English, and don't worry I don't have an incomprehensible accent! I will do my best to reach the point where students will enjoy the material as well as have full comprehension of it, as learning should be a thing of pleasure.

Understand the root cause of frustration with the subject.

How can you help a student become an independent learner?

Show them learning techniques versus just teaching the material.

How would you help a student stay motivated?

Show them that they can solve problems or learn the material on their own through homework and by starting simple and taking baby steps to reach the overall goal of full comprehension.

If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?

Simplify the idea and give real world examples the student would more likely be able to relate to.
