我是里士满大学的毕业生。ireceived a Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a concentration in pre-health studies. I will use my degree to apply to dental school in the near future. I worked as a tutor in the Academic Skills Center at the University of Richmond. I tutored Science and Mathematics to students, working directly with professors to ensure the consistency of the tutored material. I tutor a broad range of mathematics and science courses. However, I am most passionate about Biology. I believe that every student interested in science should know the basics of the complex biological systems and how they function. Many students lose their interest in science because of the lack of understanding of basic concepts. I think it is my responsibility to help them grow their interest in science by explaining those concepts. I believe in the importance of enjoying what you do, including teaching and learning. I have found that keeping a fun teaching environment is very important for learning. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering, reading, fitness, soccer, rugby, and drumming.
