My Favorite School Subject by Erin - April 2013 Scholarship Essay

When I was in high school, I really wanted to take a psychology class. The problem was that my school was too small and did not offer those types of classes. During my senior year, I transfered to a bigger school. I found out that this school did offer a psychology class, so I took it. I loved it so much! Now I am majoring in psychology and human resources. I had attended many classes, but my favorite is still the psychology classes. I find it so interesting to learn about people and their behaviors. I am in my junior year right now, so I haven't learned too much yet. So far, it has been mostly the general classes. This year starts my classes that are specifically geared towards psychology and human resources. I am so excited to learn about people's minds and why they act the way they do. I think it is a little bit ironic because I am in school to learn about other people, but I have also learned many things about myself. To have a better understanding of all these things, can really help a person in his or her life. I believe psychology will always be my favorite class.
