Imparting my love for mathematics to each of the students I interact with.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?

How can you help a student become an independent learner?
Repeated practice, assessments, meaningful praise.

How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
My sister was a slow reader when she first started out. I helped her calmly and patiently with things she did not understand, and she is now able to recognize patterns and figure things out for herself.
