I am a graduate of Angelo State University. I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am certified to teach early childhood through 6th grade in all content areas along with grades 4-8 with a specialty in math. After graduation, I started my teaching career in a kindergarten classroom. Over the last 10 years, I have taught kindergarten, 1st, 3rd and 5th grade. Outside of the classroom, I have worked at a personal tutor for the past 6 years to help students with their middle school and high school math curriculum. My love for math has given me the ability to explain it in a variety of ways to meet my students where they are most comfortable and to help them grow.
