Certified Tutor

I recently finished my first undergraduate year at UCLA, studying Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics on a pre-med route. Before, I was valedictorian of Burlington Central High School in Hampshire, Illinois, graduating first in my class of 249 students with a GPA of 4.43. My academic experiences have led me to absolutely love the subjects of mathematics and science, specifically areas like calculus 1, geometry, algebra I, algebra II, pre calculus, molecular biology, cell biology and chemistry. I would be more than happy to tutor anyone who may be struggling or feeling uncomfortable with these areas of study. Additionally, I can tutor students for specific classes such as AP Biology, AP Chemistry, and AP Calculus, as this material is closely related to what I am now studying in college.

Regarding standardized tests, I would gladly tutor students struggling in the Math, Science and English areas of the ACT and share the basic foundations and skills required to do well on these sections. I am also open to tutoring students on the SAT Math and Writing multiple choice sections.

I have ample tutoring experience, as I was president of National Honor Society at my high school, and part of my duties included tutor organization. Additionally, I tutored all levels of math through this organization.

In my free time, I enjoy doing anything with music! Listening to music, singing and writing songs are some of my favorite activities.

Overall, I am a diligent and motivated student whose objective is to share his knowledge and learning methods with other students!
