Certified Tutor

I started out tutoring my peers while I attended college at Texas State University, where I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. When I was not studying, my time was consumed by many activities including my job as a medical scribe in the emergency department of Seton Hays Hospital and my membership with my sorority, Alpha Delta Pi. I volunteered on weekends through the Ronald McDonald House Charities and San Marcos's local Senior Citizens Home.

After college, I decided to continue my education and pursue a medical degree. I am currently enrolled in the Medical Sciences program at the University of North Texas Health Science Center's Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. While I await decisions from medical schools, my time consists of working out, running outside, eating mac & cheese, and now tutoring those who were once in my shoes.

I want to provide those in need with the skills to become the best versions of themselves through the arms of education. Whatever the goal may be, your success will not be measured by how many times you fail, but by whether you decide to stop trying. If you never stop trying, then you will succeed.
